I think we're in the last week of the challenges for the holiday season!
Check-In for BOTH CHALLENGES
- Drink 64 oz of water daily: YES!
- Exercise at least one hour 7 days/week: NO! I didn't get out to walk on Christmas morning because everyone got up EARLY instead of sleeping in! They NEVER do that but they did this year! So, we HAD to do stockings. Instead of walk. I might not have minded. :)
- Keep daily calories between 1200 and 1400: YES!
- Post daily exercise and food on livestrong.com: YES!
- Post weekly results: YES!
- No food after 8:00 pm: NO! It was Christmas weekend y'all- we ate late both days.
- Eat slower: Sometimes.
- Three days of strength training exercises: NO
- Monday: 1092
- Tuesday: 1256
- Wednesday: 1276
- Friday: 811
- Saturday: 1111
Total CARDIO for the week: 23.23 miles AND 6.35 hours

Weight total for Give Yourself the Best Gift and Christmas Dress Challenge week FOURTEEN: -3 lb (for an FOURTEEN week total of: -23 lbs)
****REMEMBER- THIS IS A TWO WEEK WEIGH-IN since I couldn't get to the scale last week!
